REFLECTION: By doing this I learnt that Kotuku birds are common in Australia South Pacific and Asia. I also learnt that they nest in Kowhai trees. I didn't know that Kotuku birds eat small fish such as white bait. I think it is interesting that Kotuku birds don't mind sharing there space with other birds.
